Existing Payroll Partners:

Welcome to Payroll Benefit Plans.  We have created a simple payroll deducted benefit program designed to be offered to your payroll clients and their employees.  The program provides voluntary employee benefits featuring three indemnity health options, two dental plans, a vision plan, and term life insurance up to $100,000.

  Here are some quick facts regarding the program:

• Billing is always 1 month in advance

  • Employee starting coverage on Feb 1 would start deductions Jan 1

• Benefits always start on the 1st day of the month

• Program may be 100% voluntary or employers may elect to contribute any percentage

• One deduction code may be used for 1 or more benefits

  • i.e. An employee electing 3 benefits may be reported under one deduction code

• Administrative billing is always based on the calendar month

  • Deduction reports and premium remittance to us by the 6th day following month end

• Transmission fee paid to Payroll Partners equals 1% of premium collected
